Welcome back to another episode of Cappuccino Chat. This time we're talking about why you should consider using Microsoft Copilot AI in your business. All right, so this time we're talking about why you should consider using Microsoft Copilot AI for your business. And let's face it, artificial intelligence has quickly become uh an important piece or at least in the news a lot. A lot of businesses talking about it. uh seeing how that we can integrate it, how we can use it in our work, how we can use it to communicate better and solve problems. But with all the different tools that are out there, it seems like every other day we see another tool coming out. How do you know which one to use? Well, in my opinion, Microsoft Copilot needs to be one of those ones that you consider because it stands out because of its power, its familiarity, its integration, and its built-in security at its core. So now for organizations already using Microsoft 365, this just kind of makes sense because again it fits in with the ecosystem you've already invested in and it offers a compelling blend of compatibility and convenience that's hard to ignore when comparing to the other ones. So some of those biggest advantages are one familiarity. Odds are you're already using Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook etc. So, integrating Copilot is very seamless and very familiar to your users. Therefore, after you invest in it, your users are more likely to use it because it doesn't seem like something else they need to learn that just makes them stumble throughout their already busy day. Next, number two, is going to be that integration. So, there's a co-pilot button in the entire Office 365 suite already. So it's very simple to turn on those features and take advantage of them inside the applications you're already again familiar with. Number three, something that's big for me is security. Now by default, there's still some cons security concerns that we need to address when it comes to Microsoft Copilot. But unlike some of the other AI tools out there, Microsoft Copilot is uh only available to those users inside your tenant. So only your users that have a email address for your uh organization would have access to that. So if they ask a question uh outside of your organization, it's not going to return data because it's locked down to your tenant. Now, we still got to be careful of some different things like making sure that the data that everybody has access to inside there is the data they should have access to. I'm going to be covering this in a future video, so stay tuned for that one when we dive into a little bit more about Copilot and security. Number four is going to be working with the data you already have. I kind of touched on this already, but you're already using and creating Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, you're in your email all the time, you're doing Teams meetings. So, all that data is already available to it to use for your users. So, if they want to um do this year's budget, you can have it has access to the last year's budgets and can extrapolate data for you and help you create this year's budget as an example. So again, having that data already there without you having to do anything is pretty nice, but again, there's security concerns. We'll touch on that in that future video I talked about. The next thing is a lot of um Office 365 functionality users never use. I'm sure we're all aware of this. you probably use maybe 5% of what the different applications now if you're in certain u departments within the organization say finance you might be using 10% of what's available for you in Excel etc but for the most part users aren't using the full power of the applications we're paying for co-pilot helps boost that productivity inside those apps because now users can just ask copilot to do something that they don't know how to do so for instance maybe inside Excel you don't know how to make the pretty graph graphs and do all that kind of stuff. Well, you can just ask Copilot analyze the Excel spreadsheet that you have built and creates you some graphs. Boom, it does it. Then maybe, hey, take this report and turn it into a nice PowerPoint for me for, you know, displaying to everybody else in the organization. Boom, it will do it. So again, it's going to make your users more productive and use more of the tools that you've already been purchased. So choosing the right a AI platform is very important and unfortunately you may need to use multiple platforms inside your organization but those may be specialty apps for only certain users not all users. Microsoft copilot would be something that you could turn on for all the users inside your organization as again that productivity boost the familiarity and the integration to the data you already have is right there out of the box. So, Copilot is definitely worth a look in my opinion when you're choosing uh an AI platform. So, before you go investing a lot in some others, take a look at Copilot. It is built on the chat GPT engine. So, a lot of what you're maybe used to, a lot of people got on board with that chat GPT right out of the gate. Most of that familiarity and how to do prompts and all that other stuff is already inside Copilot. That's what it's built on. So, but you get that integration into Office 365. As always, if you have any questions about this and maybe how you can integrate Copilot into your organization, please feel free to reach out to us at 760-770-5200.
